Shipping policy

Please ensure that you have easy access for our delivery men upon delivery of goods, any goods unable to be delivered will incur a charge.

Please check certain products for delivery information where you will see this written, for example,

'As most of our goods are delivered by heavy goods vehicle- all roads leading to your property must be accessible if not delivery cost will have a surcharge please phone before you place your order if this is the case for your home. This product is delivered flat packed on a large pallet and is curb side delivery only.'

Actual delivery cost will be calculated on the Basket page prior to checkout. 

Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (not including Bank Holiday Mondays where the item will be despatched Tuesday). 

We offer free UK delivery between 7-21 working days ( usually within the 14 working day period ) mainland only.

 Parts of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will incur a charge of our standard courier charge of £100 which you can select in the checkout process. 

 

We are currently operating on a 21 working day turn around. If your order is not 21 working days old then please be patient as a member of staff will soon be in touch to notify you of delivery. On the rare occasion your order has passed the 21 working days then please don’t hesitate to contact a member of our team on 01889585832. 

 

Products with 30 days delivery or any month date will be shown in the description page. Please allow this time for us to contact you for delivery.
